A recent study has shown that daily catechin intake (588mg of catechin for 12 weeks) can reduce weight, especially body fat. Catechin is produced in the tea plant to protect it against UVB radiation, and Sencha is the most exposed to the sunlight. As a result, Sencha leaves have the most catechin.

How to Steep	1. Add 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz cup to your Koni infuser. 2. Steep in steaming hot water for 2-3 minutes. Boiling hot water will bruise your green tea. Always use steaming hot water.

Another great tasting tea!

I recommend this tea - Have been a big tea drinker most of my life, and I decided to try this tea while I was on a weight loss program. I used it 2x day, about 20 minutes or so before noon and evening meal, and I found it to be helpful in curbing and overeating. I also had a cup in the evening, as a treat - since you can reuse your tea to get 2 - 3 pots, it's a great value!

Usually green teas have a distinct taste that drives me away but this one wins the heart of my taste buds! Right off the package u can smell a mixture of fruity aroma. The taste is so addicting that makes u wanna go second and third cup in a day.
