And this like ALL of the teas are PERFECT as a sweet iced tea also. We have allergies and change of weather here last week or so with sniffles in the house. Perfect for the ticklish throat, minty gives it a sweet bite. We make most of our Koni teas in 5 cup infuser, add to a touch of splenda and fill up the pitcher with ice! Perfect.

Felt the very first tickle in my throat and the beginning sniffles. Been drinking the Throat Revival. TOTALLY minimized affects and feeling great! Mahalo KONI Tea! :)

Thank you for making this tea. I had a sore throat a couple weeks ago and this made me feel so much better. I added crushed ginger as you suggested and it was so delicious. You're right about not needing any sweetener as it was naturally sweet on its own.

Koni Immunity Booster Tea

INGREDIENTS:
4 teaspoons of Koni Throat Revival 16 oz of boiling water 2 Tablespoon of honey 1 garlic clove smashed 2 Tablespoon of ginger crushed
DIRECTIONS A:
Put all of this in a magic bullet blender and puree
DIRECTIONS B:
Put all the ingredients in an KONI 2 cup teapot with infuser. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add to the 2 cup teapot. Place the teapot with the ingredients over a stove on low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon and cinnamon to taste if desired.
Koni Detox Soup

INGREDIENTS: ½ cup of beans (lentils, kidney beans, chickpeas) 2 C mirepoix ( 1 C diced onions, 1/2 C carrots, 1/2 C celery) 1 c. stewed tomatoes 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. dill 1/2 tsp. coriander 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. cayenne Salt to taste Pepper to taste
2 handfuls of spinach
Sachet: Cut a 4 inch square cheesecloth. Place ½ tsp peppercorns, 4-6 parsley stems, 1 bay leaf, 3 cloves of garlic, and 4 T Throat Revival in the cloth and tie with string.
DIRECTIONS:
- Saute the onions, carrots, celery, in a soup pot with the garlic and oil.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and cover with water. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered for about an hour. Throw the sachet in 30 minutes before the soup is ready and a handful of spinach in 5-10 minutes before the soup is ready.
Detox Snack: Citrus Spinach Salad

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups spinach leaves * 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced * 1 navel orange, fresh peeled and separated into sections (or 1/2 small can of mandarin oranges) * 8-10 strawberries quartered
DRESSING
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice * 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar * 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * 2 teaspoons honey * 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped * 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard * salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Toss spinach, onion, oranges and strawberries together. 2. Whisk together all dressing ingredients. 3. Pour over salad and enjoy with a cup of KONI Throat Revival.
