| How to Steep |
1. Add 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz cup to your Koni infuser. 2. Steep in steaming hot water for 2-3 minutes.
Boiling hot water will bruise your green tea. Always use steaming hot water. |

Done with Caramel slender it was yummy.. this one is Geisha green...lovely aroma and delicious . I like my tea strong. Thank you Phuong..tea lovers you should throw away your tea bags and get KONI tea!

This is tied amongst my top 3 Koni teas! I love to open the package and breath it in. The flavor is so light, yet so rich at the same time. Drinking this tea while at work helps me imagine I'm in some fabulous garden somewhere far away.

Tropical Dream Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana, frozen 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen 1 cup of lychee fruit 1/2 cup KONI Geisha Green tea - chilled 1/2 cup of your choice of milk (almond, soy, hemp, coconut) 1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt 2 teaspoons of flax seed powder
PREPARATION:
1. Use 1 tsp of KONI Geisha Green tea per 1/2 cup of steaming hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the filter. Chill the tea.
2. In a blender, process all the ingredients including the chilled tea until thoroughly mixed and serve.
Geisha Blossom Lychee Martini

INGREDIENTS:
- KONI Geisha Green tea - 5 cups of steaming hot water - ice cubes - canned lychee fruit with syrup - jasmine flavoring - orchid or mint leaf
DIRECTIONS: 1. Brew a 5 cup pot of KONI Geisha Green tea. - Use 1 tsp for every cup of steaming hot water = 10 cups of loose leaf tea - Let it steep for 8-10 minutes - Remove filter - Let it cool in the fridge
2. Fill half a glass with ice and a couple canned lychees.
3. Add 2 Tablespoons of lychee syrup
4. Add a drop of jasmine flavoring.
5. Add the chilled Geisha Green tea.
6. Garnish with an orchid.
*** Add your liquor of choice. I like a splash of pear sake with this.
Joyful Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
* peel and remove seeds from lychee fruit (about 2 cups) * quartered strawberries (about 3 cups) * 2 medium kiwis, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks (about 1 1/2 cups) * 2 ripe peaches quartered
Dressing:
* 3 tablespoons honey * 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice * 1 teaspoon lime zest * 3 tablespoons chilled KONI Geisha Green tea
DIRECTIONS:
Place all of the fruit into a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice, zest, and KONI Geisha Green tea. Right before serving, pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
