| How to Steep |
1. Add 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz cup to your Koni infuser. 2. Steep in steaming hot water for 2-3 minutes.
Boiling hot water will bruise your green tea. Always use steaming hot water. |

S'posed to be rest or stretch day but I feel the need to MOVE! While I have the energy & motivation... well, y'know. Ain't gon' burn cals OR fat by relaxing! So since I juuuuust had a stretch and yoga day I had the urge to play Kinect for Xbox 360 Dance Central. Girl got mooooves! Hahaha! Also having iced Antioxidant Junkie tea by Koni Tea & The Tea Chick! Thanks for the suggestion, Phuong! Still sore but moving helps!

Phuong did it again! I'm not a huge red rooibos fan, but this stuff is yummy. It has a great citrus flavor and is wonderful iced. Plus it's filled with all sorts of things that are good for you. It's true - it CAN taste great and still makes me feel healthy drinking it. :) I think a drop of honey would make it even more special, but I generally like my tea straight.

Antioxidant Junkie Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 cup mixed berries, (fresh or frozen) * 1/2 cup mixed tropical fruit (mango, strawberries, papaya, pineapple) * 1/4 cup KONI Antioxidant Junkie Green Tea chilled * 1/4 cup almond milk * 1 tablespoons honey * 1 tablespoons ground flaxseed * 1/2 teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender (I used my magic bullet blender), combine and blend until smooth, 20 - 30 seconds. Adjust the sweetness if necessary.
Antioxidant Junkie Ice Tea

INGREDIENTS:
* 4 sprigs fresh mint, plus extra for garnish * 1 tablespoon KONI Antioxidant Junkie Green Tea * 1/2 tablespoon of agave or honey, or a pinch of stevia * 14 ounces of water
DIRECTIONS:
In an KONI modern mug or 2 cup teapot, place the leaves in the filter and fill with steaming hot water. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the glass filter and let it cool. Fill a glass with ice, add your favorite sweetener and mint leaves then the cooled tea!
